About the Role
As an Administrative Officer at Axile.ng, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You'll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support human resources, coordinate team communications, and ensure the smooth running of our business operations. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in operations and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations (virtual or physical)
- Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
- Draft official documents, reports, and internal policies
- Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Assist with vendor management and procurement of services
- Support the leadership team with administrative needs and special projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative officer, office manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
