About the Role

As an Administrative Officer at Axile.ng, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You'll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support human resources, coordinate team communications, and ensure the smooth running of our business operations. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in operations and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations (virtual or physical)
  • Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
  • Draft official documents, reports, and internal policies
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Assist with vendor management and procurement of services
  • Support the leadership team with administrative needs and special projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative officer, office manager, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
